Summer time officially begins tomorrow and Blackstaff Press have kindly shared a recipe for 'Summer Pudding' from Simon Dougan's cookbook, The Yellow Door. 
They say... Summer pudding does, truly, epitomise the taste of summer.After reading the recipe here I'd agree with that.
